Performing a physical activity regularly and systematically has proven to be a beneficial practice in prevention, development and rehabilitation of health, at the same time it aids the character, discipline and to make decisions in everyday life.
Short or long term physical exercise contributes to establish a mental well-being, improving the autonomy of the person, memory, speed of ideas, etc., and also promoting sensations such as optimism and euphoria, while improving the self-esteem of people, producing benefits against different diseases such as osteoporosis, hypertension or diabetic crises.
All activities aimed to improve the physical form (for example, after a long period of inactivity), must be made in a progressive manner. Each athlete must analyze the demands of your sport of choice before deciding your training plan.
The intensity and load must be determined individually, since they depend on the technical level and the physical condition of each person.
